African Development Bank Group (AfDB) has appointed Dr. Friday Kanu Ohuche Senior Policy and Research Advisor in the office of the President of the Bank.
Dr. Ohuche will be leading dedicated Research Teams and developing evidence-based Policy Proposals and Strategies on how the Bank will achieve its “High 5s Agenda” which includes,“Light up and Power Africa”, “Feed Africa”, “Industrialize Africa”,“Integrate Africa” and “Improve the quality of life for the people of Africa”.
In the appointment letter to Dr. Ohuche, the Bank notes that Dr.Ohuche’s vast experience as a Development Economist and International Economic Governance expert will be useful in driving the Banks flagship programmes and projects in African countries.
The Job is full time and Dr. Ohuche has already resumed duty at the Headquarters of African Development Bank in Abidjan, Cote de Voire.
Dr Ohuche is the present Secretary General of Nzuko Arochukwu Worldwide. He is a development economist who retired in 2022 as a deputy director at the Central Bank of Nigeria.
