Arographic, a creative initiative of Afrika Village Square Arts and Culture Ltd, has announced plans to host the Arọ Singles Party 2025, a culturally inspired social gathering designed to bring together unmarried sons and daughters of Arochukwu during the Christmas season.
The event is scheduled to hold on Thursday, 25 December 2025, by 8:00 pm, at the Ibom Waterfall Resort, Baraki, Arochukwu, and is open to Arochukwu indigenes between the ages of 26 and 40, residing both within Nigeria and in the diaspora.
According to the organisers, the Arọ Singles Party is conceived as more than a festive social outing. It is intended to provide a safe, elegant, and culturally grounded platform for Aro young adults to connect, network, and build meaningful relationships, while also strengthening community bonds during the period when many return home for the holidays.
Activities lined up for the evening include music performances by a DJ and guest singer, stand-up comedy, interactive games, a cultural fashion walk, buffet dinner, and an after-party celebration. Attendance is limited in order to maintain quality interaction and a well-coordinated experience.
Speaking on the initiative, the organisers noted that the event aligns with ongoing efforts to create socially responsible platforms that reflect Aro values, identity, and contemporary realities, especially for young adults navigating life, careers, and relationships across different locations.
Participation is strictly by advance registration, with a flat access card covering dinner, entertainment, and event materials. Interested participants are required to register online and confirm payment through the designated WhatsApp contacts provided by the organisers.
The event is being organised by Arographic, under the leadership of Mazi Obozuluike Ofoelue, Chairman of the Planning Committee, with Miss Uju serving as Secretary, alongside other members of the organising team. The programme is supported by NextGen Promoters.
The organisers have encouraged eligible Aro sons and daughters to register early, noting that attendance is limited and slots will be filled on a first-come basis.
