The Court of Appeal in Port Harcourt, Rivers State capital has strick out the appeals of Prince Uche Secondus, the sacked national chairman of the party.
Secondus had filed an appeal asking the court to give a suspension order to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to stop its National Convention billed for 30 and 31st October 2021, in Abuja.
