The High Court sitting at Ikwuano, Umuahia in Abia State has struck out two cases against the Eze Aro of Arochukwu Kingdom, His Eminence Eze Dr Eberechukwu Oji.
The two cases, Suit no HIK/29/2023 HRH Eze Dr. Kanu Nwa Kanu Vs Prince Nwachukwu & 8 Ors
And Suit no HIK/25/2023 Kanu Idei Kanu Vs Prince Ebere Orji & 18 Ors were struck out, following the prayers of the Eze Aro, Dr Oji who told the court that both cases lacked diligent prosecution.
