Unknown gunmen have reportedly killed Mr Chike Akunyili, husband of late Prof. Dora Akunyuli, who was the Director General (DG) of the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC).
He lost his life at Nkpor Junction Idemili North Local Government Area of Anambra State Tuesday 28/9/2021.
Jungle Journalist Media Limited learnt he traveled to Anambra State from Enugu to Receive an award for his late wife, Prof Dora.
Until his death, Akunyuli was the Chief Executive Officer of St Leo Hospital, in Enugu.
