Younger brother of late Barr Oyibo Chukwu, Kelvin Chukwu has emerged winner in the Enugu East Senatorial election held yesterday.
Chukwu who replaced his brother’s slot polled 69,136 to defeat sitting Senator Chimaroke Nnamani who came second with 48,701.
With this result, Chukwu is the Senator-elect for Enugu East Senatorial Zone.
Recall that Oyibo Chukwu was murdered during his campaigns for the same position.
