The founder of DAAR Communications PLC, proprietors of Africa Independent Television (AIT), Raypower FM and Faaji FM, has been reported dead.
While reports said the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain died in Abuja on Monday morning, May 29, 2023, there were conflicting accounts of how it happened.
One of the reports quoted a source close to the foremost marine engineer and business mogul as disclosing that he died while exercising on the treadmill in his home.
Another report however claimed that he died in an Abuja hospital.
Neither Dokpesi’s family nor DAAR Communications has yet to confirm the news.
