BREAKING: Supreme Court serves INEC Enrolment Order declaring Edozie Njoku authentic nat chairman, voids all candidates under Victor Oye

The Supreme Court has finely served the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) the Enrolment Order of its judgment in favour of Chief Edozie Njoku.

According to the document, all candidates contesting for political positions under the former National Chairman of APGA, Victor Oye are now voided.

With the latest development, Chief Edozie Njoku is the only authorised person to forward list of candidates to INEC.

The 5 Supreme Court Justices removed Chief Oye’s name as the RESPONDENT in the judgement of October 14, 2021 and replaced same with that of Chief Edozie Njoku.

They also removed Oye’s name in the Enrollment Order as a RESPONDENT and replaced same with that of Chief Edozie Njoku.
