The All Progressives Congress (APC) Abia State chapter has congratulated Muslim faithful in the state, and all over the country on the completion of their Ramadan prayers.
The party in a message, urged Muslim faithful to sustain the values and virtues which the holy month of Ramadan taught them in their day-to-day relationship with God and fellow humans.
The statement, signed by Dr Kingsley Ononogbu, the APC Chairman, urged all Abians to remain steadfast and prayerful in the face of numerous challenges.
He said, “We pray for answers to prayers offered for our dear State, and country and all families during the Ramadan season. Let us also meditate on its significance as we go about the Sallah celebrations; and continue to pray for peace, security and the economic growth of Abia State.
“To our brothers and sisters of the Muslim faith, may the blessings of the Ramadan season be your present reality. Congratulations and Happy Eid-el-Fitr,” Ononogbu said.
