ENUGU 2023: Peter Mbah welcomes Odengene Campaign Group into personal team, promises to absorb members

An aspirant of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Enugu State, Captain Evarest Nnaji (Odengene) has merged his campaign organization, The Odengene Campaign Organization into the PDP governorship candidate of Enugu State, Barrister Peter Mbah.

At a thank you ceremony organized by the business mogul and politician in his Enugu home, Nnaji expressed gratitude to members of his team, whom he described as proactive and full of passion to work.

He also described the emergence of Mbah as an expected outcome in any game, arguing that it cannot be termed as a loss, since the winner is also a son of Enugu State, an Nkanu man, and indeed, also from Nkanu East, a feat which fulfilled the Nkanu East dream of producing the n xt governor.

The support group members were pleasantly surprised by the arrival of Barrister Mbah, who also addressed the crowd.

In his own speech, the governorship hopeful showered encomiums on the team, and said their resilient support for Nnaji is a testament of dedication and faithfulness.

He assured that the team would be merged into the Peter Mbah campaign team, and that no single person would be discriminated against.

He appealed to everyone to sit up and drum support for him, as ‘the task ahead is one that must be won’.

The ceremony was very well attended by leaders of the Odengene group, including Hon Ikechukwu Ubagu(Onyejiugu), Prince Emeka Nwatu (PDP Chairman, Nkanu East), Hon Sylvester Chidi Nweke (PA), Alhj Uche Mbah, Dr Okey Ezirigwe, and Chief Chukwudi Nwobodo, (Over all).

Others include Hon Arthur Ede, Hon Barr Abel Nwatu, Hon Okwudiri Ani (Popo), Chief Chijioke Okoye (Igwe), Chief Emeka IBB Tekwo, Hon Buchi Nnaji, Chief Frank Njom, Barr Ejeh Josh, Chief Greg Inyaba, Prince Barr Tochukwu Nwanjoku, Hon Humphrey Onyima (Scorecard Magazine), and Chief ThankGod Ofoelue (Jungle Journalist Media Limited).

The others are Chief Greg Inyaba, Hon Chidi Okoh (2Cigar), Chief Temple Chika, Chief Sunny Odogwu, Women Groups led by Chief Mrs Uk Ani, Youth Groups, Representative of Hausa Community in Enugu among others.

It was also punctuated by music,food and drinks for all present.
