MY BIRTHDAY GIFTING
My dear good people of Nkerefi communities, today your son myself is celebrating a journey into this mother earth as I turn 62.
For the past years of my life, I always think of how to help build a viable community, a community that is filled with love and kindness. However, it has not be easy for me to navigate, I see myself as a child of all Nkerefians, and my heart does not rest because I have not been able to succeed in bringing smiles to all faces in our community.
I have done my best to make our community better than I met it but the road is too rough, too many “Ndikwe na Ndiekwee”.
However I will never give up, I will strive to work harder with the help of others to bring the needed changes that will make life better to our rural people.
To this end today, I have decided to continue from where I stopped in order to bring the needed changes and to mark my special 62nd birthday, I will award 62 scholarship to our indigenous people of Nkerefi Communities, and each student will receive #100,000, 00 toward his or her education in the University.
So, the total amount for the entire students beneficiaries will be
#6, 200,000.00, Six Million two hundred thousand Naira.
All the four communities in Nkerefi are prospective beneficiaries.
Imeoha Nkerefi will get 20 slots,
Enuogu Nkerefi will get 14 slots,
Ohuani Amofu Nkerefi 14 slots,
Isienu Amofu Nkerefi 14 slots.
For avoidance of doubt and fair sharing, each village must have a student to share a slot on this scholarship.
Boys and Girls should have equal rights to benefit in this scholarship scheme.
Every student of Nkerefi community studying in any university stand a chance to benefit.
