JOSEPH ORAEKWU, Claiming to be APGA’s party chairman in Aguata could land you in jail

On July 21, 2021, the New Telegraph Newspaper made a publication titled APGA CRISIS: OKEKE OTHERS HAVE NO LOCUS TO SUSPEND ME – NJOKU.

In that piece the NWC of APGA under the leadership of Chief Edozie Njoku set out to put facts together for the discerning public to understand how Jude Okeke and co have conscripted facts to serve their criminal intentions. Unknown to then, the NWC is determined to put a stop to the culture of hailing impunity and rascality as a political ethos.

Since 2019, we have labored to explain to the public that Oye’s convention doesn’t exist before the law. That Jude Okeke and his band of criminals are scrambling to usurp our convention to their advantage has vindicated our claims of 3 years old.

Rather than respond to the issues of forgery, perjury and impersonation which we raised in our communiqué; one Joseph Oraekwu, a purported aide to Chukwuma Umeoji, in search of what to say babbled like pagans do in their temple. All he could say was that the suspension of Chief Edozie Njoku was valid. He couldn’t explain how they became part of the May 31, 2019 convention at Owerri; talk more of explaining the processes and constitutional provisions that lay credence to their claims.

Our advice to Jude Okeke and his College of Crooks is that it is too early in the day to start dodging relevant questions. He that alleges must prove. You don’t dare people that have matched Oye and his protégés since 2019 till date. While the preoccupation of Jude Okeke and co. is the next election, we are focused on the next generation. Sanity must prevail in APGA.

Diligence demands that the public should query Jude Okeke where he has been as Edozie Njoku’s purported deputy since we have been in court. How come he has never shown any form of appearance since 2019. Is it that he was on political sabbatical from 2019 – 2021? And, then, suddenly returned from the break because of Anambra election? These are issues that require rational inquiry.

We wish to advice Mr. Joseph Oraekwu to tread with caution as claiming to be APGA’s Party chairman in Aguata could land him in jail. You can still be a wonderful politician without being a criminal.

Deputy National Chairman, South-East,
