Reports reaching Jungle-Journalist.Com has it that the Court of Appeal, Owerri Division has affirmed Professor Gregory Ibe as the authentic governorship candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in Abia State.
Recall that on Wednesday, the Court of Appeal in Abuja declared that APGA has no governorship candidate for the 2023 election in Abia State, a verdict Ibe rejected immediately.
Ibe had emerged the party candidate in a primaries held in Abia State, but opponents had challenged his emergence and gone to court.
