LAST OFALLA: Igwe Mburubu’s final journey slated for April 21


The royal family of Igwe Ozulumba 1 of Mburubu kingdom in Nkanu East Local Government Area of Enugu State has announced the burial date of the late Igwe of Mburubu Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Igwe Emmanuel Mmuonyelu Ogbuzulu Eze JP, Igwe Ozulumba 1.

Igwe Ozulumba 1 joined his ancestors in the early hours of Tuesday, December 21st, 2021 in Enugu, after a brief illness.

Until his death, Igwe Emmanuel Ezeh was the traditional ruler of Mburubu community, consisting of seven clans. He reigned for 53 years, beginning from 1968 when he was crowned Igwe of Mburubu Kingdom.

According to Engineer Lawrence Ozoemena Ezeh, the Prince of Mburubu, his late father and Igwe the Igwe will be laid to rest on April 21, 2022 in his community.

He was aged 94 years.

He is survived by his loving wife, sons, daughters, grandsons, grand daughters, great-granddaughters and numerous relations.
