In an effort to eliminate the vices of corruption in Nigeria, an Honourable member of the House of Representatives, Gudaji Kazaure has called on the President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu to arrest and investigate 12 former public officials for corruption and mismanagement in office.

According to him, if Nigeria is ready to get back all her money, President Tinubu must without bias deal with the corrupt leaders in government.

The names of the office holders to be arrested and investigated, according to Hon. Kazaure are: Godwin Emefiele CBN Governor, the EFCC chairman Abdulrasheed Bawa, GMD of the NNPC Mele Kyari, Former Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, personal Private Secretary to Buhari, Sabiu Tunde Yusuf, Chairman of FIRS, Muhammad Nami, Mohammed Bello from the Nigeria Port Authority and his predecessor, Adiza Bala.

He further stated that all CBN Deputy Governors who worked with Emefiele must be invited for investigation so as to testify on the issue of corruption in the Finance sector.

“Then former Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Sadiya Umar Forouq and the entire leader of the National Interbank Settlement System, NIBSS must be arrested”, Kazaure added.

He said ” 70% of money in the IND window are government money. They are taken through bank charges”.

Hon. Gudaji mentioned that when these charges leaves the private account to Central Bank, it will go directly to the IND window, then turn automatically to dollar and investor money.

Commenting on this, President of the One Love Foundation, Chief Dr. Patrick Osagie Eholor otherwise known as Ultimate Equals said “After all, what is your personal identity? It is what you really are, your real self. None of us is what he thinks he is, or what other people think he is, still less what his passport says he is. And it is fortunate for most of us that we are mistaken. We do not generally know what is good for us. That is because, in St. Bernard’s language, our true personality has been concealed under the ‘disguise’ of a false self, the ego, whom we tend to worship in place of God”.

“Unfortunately we call the Nigerians rich and powerful people rich man after stealing our common patrimony. In China ironically they are described as species animals who deserve to die by hanging or firing squad”.

“This is the source that can unravel the stench of ineptitude of devastating corruption by educated but evil-minded individuals who have killed millions of Nigerians including their dreams and aspirations, therefore, making good brains to leave the shores of Nigeria.

They need to be prosecuted and jailed!!!”
