One Love Foundation(OLF), an NGO committed to justice, peace, transparency and good governance has congratulated Comrade Agba Jalingo over his courage and tenacity to hold on, in spite of all the inconvenience of the bogus charges filed by the Nigerian Police against him.
The NGO, through its Global president, Chief Patrick Eholor, and legal representative, Samuel Ihensekhuen Jnr said it was really traumatic having to face the trumped up charges, a case that was later taken over by the Attorney General of Cross River State.
The group also thanked the Justice Ijeoma Ojukwu being one of the judges of Calabar division of Federal High Court, for the dismissal of all charges against Agba Jalingo as same is in tandem with universally accepted norm and constitutionally guaranteed press freedom, which is one of the core purposes of One Love Foundation.
OLF also thanked everyone who in one way or other supported Jalingo, and tasked the Nigerian government for the security and protection of all bloggers, journalists, and media publicity experts in the course of performing their statutory duty.
