A video has appeared online showing the Labour Party presidential candidate, Mr Peter Obi taking an aerial view of flooded areas.
The former Governor of Anambra State is seen in an aircraft inspecting the ecological damage done by the massive flooding across the country in the last two months.
Recall he did same on land when he visited some of the affected areas.
Meanwhile, President Muhammadu Buhari has traveled to South Korea.
