The ADC sympathize with and condole with all the victims of APC thuggery and rascality in Imo State on Saturday 11th November, 2023.

ADC Demand in Strong terms the immediate investigation and prosecution of all the Governor’s Aids and Security operatives mentioned in many of the viral videos circulating on Social Medias that was accused of leading the thuggery squads that extensively militarized the Imo State Governorship Election of Saturday November 11th, 2023, including the Police operative arrested and paraded by Community Youths in one of the polling unit in Ikeduru Local Government Area of Imo State.

We also Noted that in many polling units INEC officials were cought with written result sheets even when accreditations and voting has not commenced. In Orsu LGA elections help one venue which contravene the provisions of the Electoral Act and the 1999 Constitution.

In view of the above, the ADC Condemns in Strong terms the partisanship role of INEC and the Nigerian Police Force (NPF) in the shameless exercise called Election.

Finally, the African Democratic Congress (ADC) wish to announce Our Rejection of the results of the 2023 Imo State Governorship Election as announced by INEC.

We therefore reaffirm our call on Senator Hope Uzodimma to immediately Apologize to the Imo State People for the Militarization of the Electoral Process and the desecration of the Fatherland.

Signed
