As a follow up to my analysis of why corpses at different mortuaries in Igboland must be buried immediately, I have decided to do this very important listing of the consequences of not burying those dead bodies.
The last report titled, ‘INSECURITY: URGENT! Conduct Mass Burials Of Unclaimed Corpses In Igboland Now —Ogilisi Igbo‘ was published on August 9 by Jungle Journalist Media Limited.
Our people should have knowledge of how the presence of dead bodies around the living negatively affect the existence of all things and, by so doing, begin to properly bury the dead as soon as possible to enable them rest in peace, and bring blessings to the living.
Those delaying Immediate disposal of corpses should expect the tragedies listed, most of which we are presently suffering in the South East of Nigeria currently.
In many spiritual and cultural traditions, delaying burial or cremation is believed to have negative consequences, including:
1. Trapped spirits: Souls may become trapped between worlds, unable to move on, leading to unrest and potential haunting.
2. Negative energy: Corpses can attract and emit negative energy, affecting the living and the environment.
3. Spiritual pollution: Delayed disposal can lead to spiritual contamination, impacting the deceased’s journey and the living’s well-being.
4. Disrupted natural order: Failing to honor the natural cycle of life and death can disrupt the balance of nature and the universe.
5. Ancestral unrest: In some cultures, delayed burial or cremation can cause ancestral spirits to become agitated, leading to problems for descendants.
6. Curses or hauntings: In some beliefs, delayed disposal can lead to curses or hauntings, affecting the living and the deceased.
7. Soul’s journey hindered: Delayed burial or cremation may hinder the soul’s journey to the afterlife, causing confusion and disorientation.
8. Energy stagnation: Corpses can cause energy stagnation, leading to emotional, mental, and spiritual blockages.
9. Unsettled spirits: Delayed disposal can lead to unsettled spirits, seeking closure, resolution, or peace.
10. Karmic consequences: In some beliefs, delaying burial or cremation can have karmic consequences, affecting the deceased’s future incarnations.
It’s essential to note that these perspectives vary across cultures and beliefs. Immediate burial or cremation is often recommended to honor the deceased, respect the natural order, and prevent potential spiritual CONSEQUENCES.
Those thinking that loving and honoring the dead body are befitting to the soul of the deads are ignorant without knowing that they ruined the journey of the soul back to spiritual world and this practice angers the guidance Angels.
As observed in the previous write up, the overwhelming number of corpses unburied in various mortuaries in Igbo land has generated zombies and ghost fears haunting the living. Due to this Angels, whose role to man is to help, have deserted our people, because angels do not dwell in places littered with corpses.
The Igbos are advised to evacuate and give mass burials to these millions of dead unburied corpses in Igbo land so that the deserted Guidance Angels assigned to the living by God (Psalm 91:11) shall return to dwell among us again.
The argument blindly dropped by uninformed neophytes that other parts of the country are suffering the same insurgency as Igbos may not be true because Igbos and their holy lands are special to God the Creator.
As a matter of urgency, Igbos must adopt separation of burial of the dead from funeral ceremony. The dead must be buried immediately, as our forefathers and Muslims do but the funeral ceremony shall be held at a convenient time, not with the dead body.
I decree that the light shall shine on Igbo land the day they realize the danger of keeping corpses in the mortuary.
