The Ministry of Environment in Abia State says it has uncovered antics of the ‘enemies of progress in Abia’ plotting to hire trucks and drop waste on and around the Osisioma Flyover which was recently commissioned by Governor Okezie Victor Ikpeazu and his Rivers State counterpart, Nyesom Wike.
According to a press release, the plot is designed to make mess of the developmental strides of Governor Okezie Victor Ikpeazu, but ‘is already dead on arrival as security agencies has been put on alert to apprehend the culprits.’
It read further “Government hereby warns those behind this devilish plots to desist from it immediately, as anyone apprehended in this wicked act will be prosecuted.’
