An official of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has been caught on camera demanding money from people that come for their PVC before handing out their Permanent Voters Cards (PVCs) at Emene Primary School in Enugu state.
While being confronted by those who came to the primary school to pick up their PVCs, the woman told them they are not the ones paying for her services and it’s not their call to determine how she carries out her job. She also told those who won’t pay the money to go to the local government to pick up their PVCs.
