The NDMoH Award council chairmen recognition has been conferred on two Delta State local government leaders for outstanding grassroots performance.
Hon. Chief Vincent Osilonya, Chairman of Ndokwa East Local Government Council, and Hon. Engr. Jerry Ehiwarior, Chairman of Ika South Local Government Council, have emerged as Best Council Chairmen in Nigeria.
They received the honour at the 2025 Annual Media Excellence Award ceremony.
The event was organised by Nigeria Radar Magazine in partnership with the Nigeria Distinguished Medal of Honour Award.
The ceremony held at the Nigeria National Merit Award House in Maitama, Abuja.
It brought together public office holders, policymakers, and stakeholders from across the country.
