Enugu state is one of the states that plays host to all Nigerians and foreigners alike, irrespective of their ethnicity, color and religion.
Enugu state is a state that enjoys security and social activities maximally.
Enugu state is one state in Nigeria which other states look up to and that has been the reason why “042” is her code and our life style.
Enugu state is the home of an average Nigerian.
In Enugu state there is peace and businesses thrive.
All my life I have lived here in Enugu and pray to God that Enugu state remains an example to others forever.
2023 is fast approaching and a determinant factor of what will happen to the soul of ENUGU.
All my life I have never bothered about who becomes anything politically because I believed it does not matter, but this time, I really care about who becomes what.
I am a business man and have toiled in many areas and businesses and have come to realize that the first protection to your business is “who is in charge?”.
I have been within and I know where the shoes of Ndi-Enugu pinch them.
An average man in the streets of Enugu sees the governor as a celebrity.
Some see the governor as the first son (Di-okpara) of Enugu state.
Others, too, see the Governor as their money bag or financial stronghold which houses their personal finances.
Yet, others see the Governor as their grand commander that protects them from the rule of law anytime they impinge on the dictates of the law.
Personally, I see the Governor as a pilot.
I see the governor as the pilot that navigates our aircraft and determines where we will land.
All my life, I have never seen any passenger, advocating, suggesting or advising the pilot on where or how to land.
The duty of the passenger is to carry his/her luggage(s) and disembark from the plane and when one is out, looks into the environment and behold it is his/her destination.
What happens if it is not your destination is a story for another day.
The Governor of Enugu is the pilot and we are the passengers.
As the pilot he determines where our Aircraft will land.
He can decide to land at the airport or plunge into the sea.
In PDP Enugu state as at today, we have over 10 contestants who have spent millions of naira to be in the position to negotiate their next political positions for the next 8 years.
A lot of the contestants jettisoned their agreements with their principals who hired them as consultants to assist in their bridge building plans for the good people of Enugu state.
About two contestants are actually contesting and have been in this for quite a long time.
Amongst the aspirants is Capt Evarest Nnaji (Odengene).
Capt Evarest Nnaji (Odengene) is my preferred Aspirant for Enugu Lion Building, come 2023.
With Capt Everest Nnaji (Odengene) Enugu state will be taken to greater heights.
From the business world, I can say publicly and categorically that Capt Evarest Nnaji (Odengene) knows what it takes to make businesses move forward seamlessly.
Heaven and the masses will rejoice if Capt Evarest Nnaji (Odengene) is nominated and pronounced the standard flag bearer of PDP Enugu Gubernatorial elections, 2023.
I have watched as super stake holders sometimes, take decisions without recourse to the yearnings of the masses.
It takes God and God Almighty only through the instrumentality of good spirited individuals to advance the course of a state or nation.
We must align with God’s plan for us by supporting Odengene to avoid decades of battling with our mistakes.
Capt Evarest Nnaji ( Odengene) with milk of human nature considers the plight of others.
Odengene reaches out to the less privileged and listens attentively to anyone that talks to him.
With Capt Evarest Nnaji, His Excellency Ifeanyi ugwuanyi will always sleep with his two eyes closed.
The power we seek is the power to do Good.
It will surely end up in praises!
