Friends Initiative for Peter Mbah, a support group for the PDP governorship candidate in Enugu State with cells and units in all wards of the 17 local government areas of Enugu State has inaugurated its Uzo Uwani Local Government Executive Council.
The event was held at Premier Primary School, Ukpabi Nimbo.
The event which attracted notable sons and daughters of the local government both home, abroad and major political office holders and stake holders of the council area was with fanfare and colour.
The event recorded a huge success as their was cultural display from all the political wards in the local government. Women came in different uniforms and groups, notable among them being the Golden Ladies of Uzo Uwani, Uzo Uwani Sisters, Opener Women, Kirikiri Star, etc.
The inauguration was conducted by the state leadership of the group, led by it’s grand patron HRH Igwe Godwin Okeke Arum the Anukenyi 1 of Mbulu Owo Kingdom in Nkanu East LGA.
Others present include the state Coordinator, Hon. Cornelius O. Ede, Hon. Barr. Sunny Okoro who is the State legal adviser, Barr. Barth Ezea who is the State Publicity Secretary and Women mobilizers from other local government areas in the state.
Those inaugurated in Uzo Uwani Local Council include: Hon. Chief Anthony Chigbo, LG Coordinator, Hon. Chief Albert Eze, Deputy Coordinator, Charles Chiamago, Secretary. Hon. Dr. Romanus Ezike, Treasurer, Hon. James Ademu, Auditor, Comr. Eberechukwu Anigbogu Adabiafra, Women Mobilizer.
Others include Barr. Fred Chike, youth mobilizer, Barr. Melitus Nwabueze, legal adviser, Dr. Ernest Agbata, Ex-Officio, Hon. Peter Egwuatu, Assistant secretary, Alphonsus Ezugwu, PRO, Pastor Rex Ikechukwu Nnadi, Patron, and others.
