An All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) party stalwart in Onitsha, Anambra State, Chief Augustine Chuks has said the victory of Chief Edozie Njoku as the new APGA National Chairman is a great boon for the party.

Chuks, who is also known as Abilikete na Umunze also afiirmed that the party was going to experience the kind of progress and prosperity it had never experienced in the past, with Njoku coming on board.

He also called on all Nigerians, especially Ndi Igbo to embrace the new leadership, even as they support Governor Charles Soludo for second term, in order to consolidate APGA hold on power.

Speaking to journalists, he stated “I want to use this opportunity to address one important issue, which is the issue of our party leadership. APGA. The emergence of Chief Edozie Njoku as our national chairman is the beginning of new things to come in APGA. I want to congratulate Chief Njoku over his emergence, even as I congratulate the great family of APGA for having such an intelligent, cerebral leader at the helm of our party. APGA is going to consolidate it’s drive into not just being a national party, but walk the talk by winning more seats at the national and state assemblies, governorship, local governments and councils.

Chief Edozie Njoku is the man that will steer the ship of APGA from point one to every other point where the party needs to be. So, let everyone support him.

I am also inviting everyone, especially Ndi Anambra to lend their support to our performing, action governor, Prof Charles Soludo. He is the best man for the job, and as we prepare for 2025 governorship election, let us all reflect on the things he has been able to achieve and lend him our full support to continue as our governor for second term.

With Njoku and Soludo in charge, we will surely see APGA winning more seats across the nation. Please everyone, support them, to succeed”, Chuks told newsmen.
