Frontline Board of Trustees member of the All Progressives Grand Alliance APGA, Chief Rommy Ezeonwuka, has faulted candidates of the various political parties who are vying to contest against Prof Chukwuma Soludo in the coming elections, stating point blank that there is nothing to contest.
Ezeonwuka, in a Press Statement, argued that Soludo’s Solutions Train is at full speed and would crush anyone who stands in its way and presented the option of adoption of the governor by the other parties.
He said: “It is pointless for anyone in the other parties to expect to win in the coming elections. Who do you want to defeat? A man who has already set the pace with the Solution Train, driving development across the length and breadth of our state?
“The true state of affairs in Anambra now is better seen than imagined. New roads are springing up where there used to be caves and hills and rivers, new projects are being initiated, and Anambra people are receiving the kind of attention they have always received under APGA. APGA is Anambra and Anambra is APGA, and the hallmark of our party is people-oriented development.
“All the uncompleted projects in the state have been picked up and while most have been completed, other ones are currently being executed. Our Governor has embarked on several brand-new projects with many completed, and they are top-notch.
Anambra State has become a massive project site, and it’s an ongoing one. Anyone who wants to set himself up as an opposition to contest against Soludo is only setting himself against the development of our dear state, and he or she is bound to fail and to fail woefully.
“Please, as a true son of Anambra, if you have any manifesto, the best thing to do is to present it to the Government so that they can be keyed into the ongoing projects, that the projects may get to their permanent site so that the moving train can get to its destination.
“Anambra State is 21 over 21 and no local government shall be shared with anyone. Soludo Solution will take the whole state in yet another victory. The eight-year mandate is bound to be completed, and Soludo will complete his goals of making Anambra State the number one state of Nigeria”, Ezeonwuka told newsmen.
