The candidate of the All Progressives Grand  Alliance  (APGA), Chukwuma  Soludo, in the Saturday, 6, November, 2021 governorship election held in Anambra state, has been declared winner,  and presented with Certificate of Return, today.

According to the Anambra APC governorship candidate in the just concluded governorship election, Senator Andy Uba who rejected the outcome of the polls said

“The elections were characterised by widespread irregularities, intimidation and voter suppression in order to clear the path for the inglorious ‘victory’ of APGA in the polls. This is quite ridiculous.”

The Sen Andy Uba governorship campaign organisation has vowed that her candidate will pursue his “stolen mandate” to the limits allowed by the law of the land.
Meanwhile, another prominent stakeholder in the last weekend’s election the African Democratic Congress ADC governorship candidate Nze Akachukwu Sullivan Nwankpo has long called and congratulated Prof Chukwuma Soludo the governor-elect of Anambra and called on the opposition elements not to initiate anthing capable of subverting the will of the majority of the people.

In his goodwill message, Nwankpo stated that it’s only God who decides leaders. That any attempts geared at instigating people to reject the INEC results will be testing the resolve of the good people of Anambra state. He, however, called on disgruntled persons to jettison and throw into the dustbin of history, the idea of challenging the hugely successful Anambra governorship election. He asked Andy, why?

Nwankpo maintained that no one can change the will of ndi Anambra. He enjoined Senator Andy Uba, others to call and congratulate Prof Soludo, and join hands in making Anambra greater.
