A massive explosion late Monday night engulfed a section of the Trans-Niger Pipeline at Bodo, Gokana Local Government Area, Rivers State, sending plumes of thick smoke into the sky.
The cause of the explosion remains unclear, but authorities are investigating whether it was an act of sabotage or equipment failure.
