See part of the statement below “We treated the Arewas quit notice from the northern region of the country in October 2017 with kid’s gloves and this time it is coming from the southern states of Nigeria. We view it as the consummation of absolute hatred and marginalization of Ndigbo.

We view the silence of Otumba Gani Adams, Ooni of Ife, Yoruba traditional, religious and opinion leaders on the planned destruction of Igbo lives and properties as a direct subtle and hypocritical support, sponsorship and back up to the organizers of the “Igbo Must Go destructive protest” in Yoruba land.

We also observe that the kid glove treatment and hypocritical reaction of the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu led federal government and non arrest of “Igbo Must Go destructive protest” organizers are another indication that they have the federal government back up.

We demand the South Western states leaders not to hesitate to legally address their quest to drive out Ndigbo from their region and see if our people will not oblige to their exit order to the fullest within 90 days.

The pro Biafra leaders are demanding for the whereabout of Igbo religious, traditional, political and opinion leaders including Igbo technocrats and intelligentsia.

We are requesting Igbo leaders to wake up and commence the collective legal process of self determination for the Igbo nation before they unleash another genocide on Ndigbo.

That Igbo international diplomatic gurus in diplomatic collaboration with other well-meaning African patriots to save the Igbo nation in restoring the state of Biafra in the African continent”, the statement concluded.

COPROBIG is a non violent movement that unites various positive Biafra agitators, activists and groups seeking to actualise and restore self determination for the indigenous Biafra people through the mechanism of legal, political and diplomatic methodology.

The Coalition comprises of many pro-Biafra groups which including the Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB), Eastern Peoples Congress (EPC), Billie Human Rights Initiative (BHRI), Biafra Liberation Council (BLC), Biafra Revolutionary Force (BRF), Biafra Revolutionary Organization (BRO), Biafra Reconciliation (BR) and Union of Biafra Scientists.

Signed,

Comrade Uchenna Madu for MASSOB.

Mazi Okechukwu Orji for EPC.

Engr Innocent Amadi for BHRI.

Comrade Festus Obiorah. for BLC.

Comrade Bidwell Ogbonna for BRF.

Rev S. Chioma Ajah for BRO.

Elder Anya Kalu for BR.

Engr Okasi for UBSE.
