Prince Ezeh also disclosed that the state government will study the report and use it’s recommendations in its plans to sanitize activities of estate developers in Enugu State.

Engr. Ezeh maintained that the Peter Mbah administration has mapped out strategies to turn around the situation for the betterment of the state.

While presenting the report, Chairman of the committee, Surv. Ralph Chukwu thanked Governor Peter Mbah the Commissioner for Lands finding them worthy to carry out the assignment.

Surv. Chukwu stated that they were able to execute the job within the shortest period because the committee members were divided into sub-groups, adding that the committee members were united and cooperative in delivering on the job.

He stated that they collated data on a total number of 126 estate developers operating in the State.

He equally thanked the Ministry of Lands for being supportive and standing by them during the assignment, saying they were answerable to the Ministry any time they are called upon.
