*Says Sanwo-Olu, Lai Mohammed, Fashola, security chief should resign for shameful roles played.

*Asks Presidency to implement every recommendation of Panel immediately

The latest report of the Lagos Panel on Endsars protests has started generating reactions.

President of One Love Foundation, Chief Patrick Eholor who was arrested by police officers at the ENDSARS memorial in October, has made his own position known.

Speaking to JungleJournalist.Com on phone earlier today, the Civil Society activist also known as Ultimate Equals said the report is a very big indictment on the federal government of Nigeria, and the Lagos State Government. He argued that both governments and their agents, especially the Minister of Communications, Alhaji Lai Mohammed should tender an unreserved, public apology to Nigerian Youths, journalists they tagged liars, like CNN, and do a national mourning for the victims.

He said the Nigerian federal government, Lagos State government, as well as the Nigerian police and Army have committed crimes against humanity and as such, ha organization is dragging them to international courts of justice. “Yes sir, we are proceeding to both ECOWAS Court and Africa Court. The report on Lekki Toll Gate killings is too damning”, he hinted.

Eholor equally advised that every recommendation in the report be implemented by the Federal and Lagos State Government, especially where it recommended that the victims be given state burial, compensation, and an ENDSARS memorial day be instituted to honour not just the protesters, but to give credence to the voice of Nigerian Youths in nation building.

Eholor also recommended that the leadership of the Nigerian Army, Police and DSS should take the honorable path and resign for the shameful roles they played in the slaughter of innocent young Nigerians.

Above all, the activist called for the resignation of Minster Raji Fashola for aiding the lies of the government, resignation of Alhaji Lai Mohammed for his incessant lies against the youths, even the name-calling against DJ Switch, the young lady who played a major role in saving lives and showing the world what really happened at the Toll Gate.

He then asked Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu to resign as a matter of urgency, as he was the one who not inky invited the security agencies to carry out the massacre, but also concealed information regarding what truly happened at the toll gate.

“Nigerian Youths who are supposed to be the future of this country, with the flag in their hands were murdered in cold blood by the same Army that swore to defend the Sovereignty or Nigeria.

“It is very sad the role the President played, as he failed to realize that every Nigerian youth is his child, and he failed to recognize that they were massacred. It’s a shame to President Muhammadu Buhari. He should do the nation a favor by prosecuting all those who were involved in the massacre and apologize to the world. If he fails to do that, I and my Foundation will have no choice than to hire an independent investigator to take this matter to the Hague, where they have tried even past criminal Presidents.

“We are living in a global world, and that’s why we have the ECOWAS Court and the United Nations, so they should never think they will murder Nigerians and go scot-free.

” They should go and build a monument at that Lekki Toll Gate and place the names and pictures of those who sacrificed their lives for us to live today.

” What is happening also shows that the police and the military have still not learnt their lesson. I am sure you are aware of what happened to me during the commemoration of the Protests last month. They brutalized me, they humiliated me, out me into their Black Maria van, put me inside their filthy cell, and destroyed my phone. You saw all.

“I hope all those who said Lekki Masscare was a lie will agree with the Panel that DJ Switch has been right from day 1, when she began to cry out that a lot of people were killed.
