Times of change and uncertainty fundamentally blur our vision of the future, and it can be hard to see even a few feet in front of us.
In such times, it is on leaders to rise above the challenges of our current context, cut through the cacophony of the outside world and inspire their people to work toward the mission at hand. And that mission is the mission to take Enugu East to the next level in infrastructures and human capital development. All Hail the next Senator of Enugu East, an ideal leader par excellence, Higher Princess Ada Ogbu, an embodiment of right leadership and effective representation.
Quality legislative representation transcends the ability to just move motions on the floor of the legislature or speak oratorically on the floor of the Senate. It is, crucially, also about proper linkage with the grass roots, attracting life-changing projects to constituencies. It involves appropriate linkage with the executive arm of government, and being above board in the discharge of legislative duties. And it will be important to say here that men and women within our socio political discourse who have risen above mediocrity to add real value to the society and who have shown adequate capacity to lead deserve our commendation and encouragement, and one of them is Princess Ada Ogbu.
There is no doubt that dividends of quality legislative representation are being denied to the good people of Enugu East. And there is ample evidence of what looks like total absence of a Senator from Enugu East. For how long shall we continue to allow such administrative negligence and irresponsibility? Ndi banyi, for how long shall we continue to keep someone who cannot grant his signatory in the form of recommendation to his constituents and we ask, what is then the meaning of Representative? Without mincing words we have adopted the popular stand of the people of Enugu East which is to elect Higher Princess Ada Ogbu, the All Progressives Congress candidate for Enugu East Senatorial zone.
Ndi Enugu East, there is no better way to describe the qualifications of Princess Ada Ogbu or encourage our women than voting for her massively on the 25th February 2023. Ndi banyi, let’s toe the path of history by voting the first female Senator in Enugu state. Fellow patriots, for the progress and development of our Senatorial Zone, let’s move beyond partisan politics and play politics of development, where the interest of the masses supersedes personal interest.
