A land case involving Chief Dr Patrick Osagie Eholor and the Esama of Benin Kingdom, Chief Gabriel Igbinedion was again adjourned today.
The case was being heard at the Benin High Court, Court 4, along Sapele Road.
Although full details of what transpired at the court were sketchy as at the time of filing this report, Jungle-Journalist.Com gathered that the Defendant, Chief Igbinedion, along with the Co-Defendant, Osa Osunde were both absent.
Igbinedion was however represented by an accountant of his defunct Crown Merchant Bank.
Osunde, a son in law to Igbinedion however, was not represented.
Speaking to our reporter, the plaintiff, Chief Dr Eholor said he hoped to get justice when the case is finally over.
Details later.
