The people of Nkerefi in Nkanu East LGA Enugu have declared their unalloyed support for all the LP councilorship and deputy chairmanship candidate in Nkerefi and Nkanu East in general.
Addressing the ward 1 & 2 executive members of the party in Nkerefi on the 24/08 2024, the deputy chairmanship candidate of the party who is an indigene of the community, Surveyor Daniel Igwe Onwura encouraged and advised them not to allow any body or group to intimate them due of their belief and loyalty to Labour Party.
Dignitaries at the meeting include the Nkanu East LGA party chairman Engr. Uchenna Anyanwu and some members of Nkanu East LGA executive committee of the party.
The two ward chairmen for Nkerefi 1&2 who spoke on behalf of the executives include Comrades Jim Ogbuefi and Patrick Njoku.
Both thanked the local government area Chairmanship candidate, Dr. Jerom Chukwuemeka and his running mate E. Surveyor Daniel Igwe Onwura for their steadfastness and the spirit of never-say-die in them.
