The Obi-Datti Media Office has reeled out the list of activities that the Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, will be involved in during his trip to overseas to interact with Diaspora Nigerians.

Obi jets out: The former Anambra State Governor is currently abroad to engage with Diaspora Nigerians ahead of the 2023 general elections.

During the one week trip, Obi is expected to attend several events, including lectures, town hall meetings and interviews with foreign media houses in cities across United States, Europe, and Canada.

The media office said the tour abroad will allow the frontline presidential candidate to sell his vision to Nigerians who are residence outside the country.

The media office added that Obi embarked on the tour after numerous invitations from Nigerians in the Diaspora who are seeking to make their own inputs to the task of rebuilding the country.

The statement read: “Obi who believes very strongly that Diasporas are critical to the future of moving Nigeria forward said he intends to make such consultations abroad regularly in the course of the campaigns.
