Human rights activist, and president of One Love Foundation, Chief Patrick Eholor has lambasted Nigerian singer, Burna Boy, as well as hotelier, Obi Cubana over the shooting of a man in Cubana Club Lagos by a security aide attached to Burna Boy.

In an interview with Jungle-Journalist.Com, Eholor stated that Burna Boy must apologise and accept responsibility for his actions and inactions regarding the shooting.

Recall that security aides attached to Burna Boy had shot and injured some people at Cubana Club in Lagos, and Burna Boy had refused to accept responsibility for the incident.

His words “We have Davido, Tiwa Savage, and others. On June 8, Burna Boy went to Cubana Club in Lagos to enjoy himself. Reaching there, he tried to speak to a woman, and unfortunately, she was married.

“He tried to force her and confusion ensued. Being a coward, he could not do anything but asked his police orderly to shoot. He shot and injured some people and they escaped.

“He was arrested and released but we don’t know what’s going on. The press has shut us out. Look at R Kelly, he is in jail today because in America, we don’t condole nonsense. Burna Boy will not do that in America because he knows he will be finished.

Burna Boy Faces Backlash For Saying Afrobeats Lacks Substance: “It’s Literally Nothing”

Eholor to Obaseki: Happy birthday my Governor!

“I remember when African China was in a scandal in London. It ended his career there and he couldn’t go to London anymore. I remember when Chris Rock made a statement against Will Smith’s wife and he slapped Rock. His career is over now due to that slap. He was shut down in Oscars, he was banned for 10 years, he was banned from movies.

“Now, why would a local star like Burna Boy do that? You can’t compare him with R Kelly or 50 Cent, and Cent is well-behaved. Can he compare himself to Jay Z who is married to Beyonce?

“Burna Boy needs to come out and apologise for his actions. If he does not do that, perhaps, he may been involved in such acts in the past. Perhaps, he may have approached women, disrespected them and perhaps even raped them.

“If he won’t apologise, who is sure this is not the life he is used to? And, most other stars like him have not come out to condemn his actions. Why? What happened? Is it because they accept it a sa norm? If you do nothing and you say nothing over certain kinds of behaviour, it means that you agree to that pattern, that you accept it as a norm.

“I am saying that you don’t do that. You don’t disrespect a man in the presence of his wife. Every man will fight back. So, Burna Boy need to come out clean, he needs to be sorry, he needs to be a role model in his chosen career or else you are going down the drain.

“You are very lucky you don’t know what you are dealing with. If you had messed with my daughter, Ultimate Equals, then you have messed with me and messed with my family.

“We look up to you to be a rope model and you are bringing disrespect to women. Shame on you.
Some of you nay want to justify what he did, but that is wrong.

“Shame on you, Obi Cubana. You have not come out to condemn this act, and I am not surprised. You are the same person hanging out with Abba Kyari that was charged for illicit drugs, that was charged for fraud. Nothing good is ever associated with Abba Kyari and that’s the man you hang out with. You all put there may think I hate Cubana but I don’t.

“But Cubana is full of shit. When I was fighting for a girl who was arrested by Abba Kyari, an Igbo girl, he didn’t say anything. Cubana is Igbo and I am Edo, I fought for her. I even went to ECOWAS Court to ensure that she is free. Today’s she walks free.

“But all you do is encourage drugs and prostitution, you should be more mature than that. There are people who lol up to you, and you have disappointed them all.
