Frontline human rights activist, and Democracy Observer-General, Chief Patrick Eholor has condemned attacks on Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State by the Deputy Governor of Edo State.
Eholor in a statement, went down memory lane, stating that it was sad he is fighting the same man who rescued them from APC and also fought to give them victory at the polls.
Eholor said “People must learn a lesson. People must know that war is ugly. People must see what is happening today in Russia and Ukraine.
“Wike has nothing to lose or gain. Wike is a lion. You cannot compare a lion with a sheep. If Wike had not supported PDP to give Godwin Obaseki and Philip Shaibu the umbrella to cover, the rain would have destroyed Godwin Obaseki in APC. But we are learning. Ingratitude is a sin even vwfjee God
“Those in APC then were bad, Obaseki and Philip Shaibu moved to PDP. They chose the umbrella so the rain and the storm will not destroy them. Today, Shaibu again wants to fight those who gave them the umbrella, forgetting that Wike has never been a governor in Edo State. Forgetting that Wike has never been a national chairman, forgetting that Wike is not Oshiomhole.
“We are watching, this is going to be very ugly because Rivers people are not ready to dance ‘pepper dem o’. They chose the song and the bears they dance to. They are different from Benin people who are kind to a fault and dance to every song and beats without listening carefully to the beats”, he warned.
